Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are clean and hair-free to avoid a restocking fee.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
